Direction
Clarify what the business is trying to achieve and which priorities deserve attention first.
ABOUT BLUEPRINT
Blueprint helps small and medium-sized businesses turn complex challenges into clear priorities, practical plans and measurable progress.
Support covers business growth, operations, tender readiness, websites and online visibility, giving owners a joined-up view of what needs attention and what should happen next.
WHY BLUEPRINT
Blueprint was founded by Alexander Loredan to give SME owners access to clear, commercially aware support without the unnecessary complexity of a large consultancy.
Running and growing a business rarely involves one isolated problem. Your plans affect your operations. Your operations affect your customers. Your website influences how the business is understood and trusted. Tender opportunities depend on having the right evidence and working practices behind you.
Blueprint looks at the whole picture, identifies what is getting in the way and helps you build a realistic route forward.
You receive honest advice, clear priorities and practical support that can be used in the business.
THE FOUNDER
Alexander Loredan founded Blueprint after working directly across business operations, commercial growth, tender preparation, systems, processes and digital improvement.
That experience has shown him that many SMEs do not struggle because their owners lack ambition or knowledge of their trade. The difficulty is often finding the time and structure to step back, solve recurring problems and prepare the business for its next stage.
Alexander’s role is to understand what is happening, bring order to the priorities and help create the plans, documents, systems or digital improvements the business needs.
You work directly with Alexander throughout the project, from the first conversation to the agreed delivery and handover.
JOINED-UP SUPPORT
A problem in one area often affects several others. Blueprint considers how the main parts of the business connect before recommending what should happen next.
Clarify what the business is trying to achieve and which priorities deserve attention first.
Improve how work is organised, managed and delivered from day to day.
Create clearer processes, responsibilities and documents that make the business easier to run.
Make it easier for customers to find, understand and trust the business online.
Prepare the business to pursue larger customers, tenders and new areas of work.
The aim is a business that is clearer, better organised and more prepared for growth.
WHAT BLUEPRINT HELPS YOU ACHIEVE
The exact work depends on the business, but every project should leave you with greater clarity and something useful to move forward with.
Understand where the business is now, where you want it to go and which priorities need your attention first.
Improve the processes, responsibilities and systems that support consistent day-to-day work.
Strengthen your website, visibility, tender preparation and wider business credibility so you are ready to compete for the right work.
HOW WE WORK
The process is kept straightforward so you understand what is happening and what is expected at each stage.
We begin by discussing the business, the current situation and what you want to improve.
We identify what needs attention first, what will make the most useful difference and what can wait.
Blueprint creates the agreed plan, website, document, system or practical improvement.
We review what has been completed, strengthen it where needed and agree any sensible next steps.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Blueprint is a founder-led consultancy. You work directly with the person reviewing the problem, recommending the approach and completing the agreed work.
You do not need a large consulting team to make useful progress. You need a clear view of the problem, the right support and a plan that fits the resources available to you.

Blueprint is designed for small and medium-sized business owners who are good at what they do but need support with the structure around it. You may be preparing to grow, trying to solve recurring problems, improving how the business presents itself or getting ready to pursue better opportunities.
You do not need to arrive with a finished plan. Start by explaining what is happening and what you want to improve.
START A CONVERSATION
Whether you need to improve your website, become easier to find, solve a business problem, prepare for tenders or put better systems in place, the first step is a straightforward conversation.
No pressure. Just a clear conversation about what the business needs next.
